I just post myself with new account on it and it is stick.
Make a blog content related to the page you want to target on Wikipedia and add seom of your blog content on Wikipedia.
I just ask a guy from here and he tell me around 80£.
Fuck that and do it yourself with clean and proper content.
Same shit happens when people charge xxx for a Google or Amazon's backlink.
