Hey,
I want to ask, what is the value of wikipedia accounts.
What does the value of these accounts depend on ? And what is done with these accounts ?

Certain editor accounts are subjected to a lesser degree of scrutiny than others. For example, if you were to attempt to publish a page of a relatively notable entity (partially tier 1, primarily tier 2 publications), the account that responsible's for creating the page can oftentimes be the deciding factor as to whether it stays or whether it gets nominated for deletion.

Accounts that have been around Wikipedia for a while (i.e. age) and have an extensive history of contributions (i.e. number of approved edits) will simply not elicit as much suspicion over a newly made edit or page as much as a brand new account with no prior edits. The value of the account will ultimately come down to how reputable it is, what permissions/rights it has been granted (Extended Confirmed User, AFC Reviewer, NPP Coordinator, etc.) and what rewards it has received in the past (Anti-Vandalism, Impact, PUA, etc.)

The more of these the editor account acquires, the less suspicion they'll arouse when adding/editing content in the future, thus making the account more valuable.

Hope that helped!
