Anyway, to your original question. I know only two wikis that were able to outrank fandom (there are more probably), that's wiki.hypixel.net and poewiki.net. wiki.hypixel.net has a big community and they made an official, better wiki and told everyone to start using it. Poewiki was started on reddit and also the community liked it so much, people started using it. I think outranking fandom yourself is near impossible, you need the community and they need to use your wiki over the fandom one and eventually, you will outrank them.
