if I stand on the sidewalk across from a hotel, such that my device can connect to their wifi but their cameras cannot capture me because I am standing too far, can the authorities still prove that it was me using the wifi? not doing anything illegal but I really need to use a residential ip for an important purpose and the ip cannot be my own. and I don't want to use residential proxies because the residential proxy provider could still be spying on my activities.
now that i am thinking about it with the hotel scenario, all they have to do is look at camera footage from surrounding buildings and one of those will show that i was standing on the sidewalk at the time that my device connected to the hotel's router.
then how can I use an open wifi from a hotel, business, coffee shop, AND make it impossible for anyone to prove that it was me using it?
