I find that if I up my magnesium intake everything starts to make more sense.
OP look for high magnesium foods. Also increase the intake of iodine.
This can be from natural sources like seaweed, or even solely supplementary.
Most people really underestimate the power of a high magnesium and iodine diet.. you can do better than that though, I know it.

Dude take a step back and look in from outside, the problem could be you. You have suspicion, convincing yourself but no proof, you dont trust her, why?
