wierd wp homepage problem

guys,

I have a very strange wp problem, and I never see it before, I google it, no related results.

here is how the problem occur:

I installed a plugin named "Contact Form 7", add a page "contact us" with "Contact Form 7" code inside, the url is : domain. com/contact-us/

than I found the homepage url turns to this: domain. com/contact-us/
even I delete the page, deactive the plugin, update the wp to v3.1.3, change the homepage to the latest post/some other page, change the permant link structure, change .htaccess file, change the theme,......anything

but nothing can change the homepage url
while I click domain. com, it rediect to domain. com/contact-us/

anyone know what's going on?

hmmm even i have never seen this type of problem before, i just can tell you to install wp again, Good luck

btw contact form 7 sucks..use a html form by some website

And you can contact your Hosting and Tell them about it ,maybe they can help,maybe something changed in the .htaccess

Do you have this thing activated "Canonical URL Redirection plugin" ?

you remind me, I did install some kind of redirect plugin.
when I deactive it, problem solved.
