Widget for my website to let people pay me

Hey, I'm sorry, was looking at the private message i got after registering but didnt really help me in choosing the right part of the forum for this question, so dont hate me if its wrong xD

I am wondering about an widget/gadget however it is called to let people pay me little amounts of money ( for example 1$ or 2$ each time ) with a possibility to write a little note ( username ) so i can identify whoever send me money.
I would send people to my website to pay for something, once i see they did i would send them the goods per private message.

Any Idea?

For your information, it cant be paypal since they wont allow the kind of service i want to offer
Also no USA only since i am from Europe

Well i have already a PerfectMoney account, coding is possible but im not so good in it. They dont offer some premade html code for my account? xD Cant find any at least
