Widget Code- question

Hi Guys

So, when you click yes or no button this message appears: "Thank you for voting, your vote will be added within 24 hours"

If this is a widget for a website, the code should be included with it from wherever you got it from. If you are talking about making something like this from scratch, you would need to have JavaScript along with HTML for the framework and CSS for the styling (and perhaps images for the buttons although you can do that with css too).
