Yes very possible. I'm using one that does all this and allows you to customize types of traffic even more

For what reason you want variable screen resolution?
Ideally each screen size and resolution should be the one of the simulated device... At least is how I do it.
And what do you mean by pick all resolutions equally? has no sense if you like variable resolutions.
The rear and more than that is possible but you won't want to set manually the percentage of each device, browser, etc all must match the “average reality”
