Wich Site Analysis Tool?

I'm using lots of analytics tools for my blog.
And all of them have some options you won't find in the others, so it's worth putting it.
Here you have what I use:
1. Google analytics (this you should be using by default)
2. Piwik (you can host this on your own webserver)
3. GetClicky (very nice one also, gives you IPs etc)
4. BLVDSTATUS (this one, is just a very FUCKED UP tool, it lets u see the whole search history of your visitors, it's really awesome...)
5. Clicktale (this one, damn, you will love it. It records everything every visitor does on your website, very nice tool for on-site analysis)
Well, that should help you on your way

SEOQuake, Google, Micro Niche Finder and my brain.. That's about 95% of my optimization tools right there.

I've just downloaded Traffic Travis, which I think is cool (and free!). It can check keyword density and basic SEO score, keyword suggestion, etc. A good choice for newbie. For keyword suggestion Keyword Elite is doing better.

He didn't ask for "automation" tools, he asked for analysis/optimization tools:
However yes SEOQuake does automate a lot of things, for example i do a search for "my keyword" in Google and right in the SERP's for every site i can see data like Yahoo Links, Google Links, PR, Age of Domain, Alexa, DMOZ/Yahoo Dir listed, Indexed Pages etc etc.
It gives a great picture of why a site ranks where it does, and what i need to do to rank there also without doing a thing.
