This is a very broad question there are many PPV networks specially in the adult side of IM but you need to do more research.

If my understanding is correct you are trying to sell traffic as a publisher right? Using Fanpage as the traffic source which I believe you are using the viral newsfeed method since PPC cost is very high (comparable to Google) to get traffic. If so, try propellerad.

Im new in this job , and i try to start new buissnes , i have instagram acc with 253k follower ( Niche
