1) Eat right 2) Exercise like crazy That's the two key ingredients to losing weight, and of course are the two most difficult to stick with.
Eat right - i don't know why, but i started eating junk food.. jack in the box.. Mcd's... Noodles... Exercise - I used to break dance and play soccer crazy. but I am wayyy too lazy now.. i guess i have to those two...
exercise exercise exercise..... I have no idea why, but i haven't gained any weight for the last 5 months or something. Maybe i should get examined or something.
Seriously, I've lost 5 pounds a week on weight watchers and walking about 2-3 miles a day. Watch your calories and drink alot of water.
maybe you can go to a local high school, or park, where they play pick up soccer...once you get back into doing what you used to your muscle memory will kick in and you'll contnue to proceed and lose weight in the process. Currently, I'm cutting out all juices and sodas... only drinking water and lots of it. I'm cutting my calories to about 1200 a day divided into several small meals and exercising before going to sleep. For some reason, my weight isn't dropping as fast as I'd like, but my clothes are fitting better and I can see a noticeable difference when I look in the mirror.
Drink Ice cold water, it works better, burns more in yr body. Don't do small meals. Set your points with weight watchers and have a "snack" that is 1 or 2 points. It's alot easier to gain the weight then lose the weight. When exercising make sure your heart rate is high enough that your actually burning calories and not just running for the hell of it. I do the what is it called that running stair stepper thing for 40 minutes a day plus weight watchers and lose 1-2 pounds a day. Sometimes more sometimes less. Your body is going to hold the xtra fat if your starving yourself so you have to make sure you have the right amount of intake.

GO for jogg daily. And try to take liquids foods like juice(without sugar because it contains lot of calories) and milk e.t.c.In the morning and night.Afternoon you can have lunch.Avoid fatty contents like cheese, burgers, deep fried foods. And check you weight two times in a month. If you follow this you can decrease upto 15 to 25 kgs within 3 months.NOTE: RUNNING IS BETTER THAN EXERCISE BECAUSE WHEN YOU RUN THE WHOLE BODY WILL SHAKE,SO THERE IS MUCH POSSIBILITY TO DECREASE YOUR WEIGHT.GOOD LUCK
