youtube is implementing auto moderation. Go to your comment section and check if the comments are there but being in the "Held for review" tab.
If so, you can manually approve, reject or set the message as spam.

If your content is labeled as child-oriented, comments are automatically turned off

You need to make sure you're not getting spam comments.Youtube automatically turn off comments for 2 major reasons content moderation and child safety.

seems your comments were reported and your account is comments restricted? did you do spam, post links or redirect to another channel maybe a comment got a little bit hot and started to fight? you need to wait until that is removed don't know if they leave it permanent, what you were commenting exactly for this to happen?
