Facebook name does not match the name Credit Card ...
Credit Card has been used to run Facebook Ads at 1 this Facebook account, brought into use on other Facebook accounts to use Coupon fraud.
Add Coupon faulty after.
Create new Facebook account and add the Virtual Credit Card to be able to use Facebook Ads Coupon to save costs.
Facebook Ads are running normally, Facebook name coincides with the name of the Credit Card ... but you have to move regularly at different locations (cafes, companies, houses ...) lead to IP addresses that Facebook confirmed not match.
