Why you should keep methods to yourself!

Google would be virtually blind... matt the tw"$ would not be able to leech ideas from blakchat forums or even popular seo blogs if major out of the box ideas are not exposed.

Is a weird special offer more important than exploiting something that you have thought of yourself? (you could just sell 1 ebook for $5 which then the knowledge could potentially be copied and pasted onto a blog and seen by hundreds of people and all you got out of it was 1 sale.)

Just as you wouldn't go blabbing about your link networks and profiles the same really applies for methods too..... once a method gets exposed either the google spam algo will then look for footprints or will add something to counter act it to either make your website penalized or make the method less effective.

besides all this you are just helping seo people... imagine that you are trying to rank for a keyword using a method that you thought of...... you say somehting about in a gforum and then months later a person comes out of nowhere and outranks your site with your own method... only they have more resources than you and could scale it up more.

Who agrees with me?

this is just my thoughts anyway....... people seem to want forum buddies more than they want cash.

big companys will often not patent ideas.. techniques... including google as if they do patent something they must say what it is and expose it...

If the method is really good (Meaning it is not rehashed) then it will be moved into the private section
of the boards. At that point it is not indexed by search Engines and is commonly shared with a close group of friends.

Since when is stuff from BHW kept to ourselves. The whole net is flooded with normal and JRVIP tactics. Thats why i don't share my $ tactics. Sad but true...

well not on methods but on prgramming i wanted to know some ifno on building seo software which isnt the same as saying hey if you do this then you can get to number 1

in a good messageboard sharing is good as you will receive way more back than giving away.
Its getting bad once at the board are more leechers than sharers.

If everyone kept their methods to themselves, how the f$*@ would anyone learn anything?

Everyone who has come to this forum has leeched off someone's method before them. Even you OP at some point new jack sh!t about IM and got your start reading someone's methods to make $$$

Everyone is much better off when ideas and information gets bounced off each other. From there you tweak and modify the ideas to find your own "secret methods" that you bank off of.

The mid-level information flows freely, while the juicy stuff obviously nobody shares, not even in the secret sections of the forum.

If you are only using methods you found on BHW, to be honest you probably aren't making that much money anyway.

Plus if nobody shared their methods, WTF would we be doing on this forum?

I consider that sharing is NOT caring, it simply makes you weaker.

So how did the people who discover the methods find them,TESTING,it's that simple.Too many people come here expecting every golden nugget out there without doing any testing for themselves.I have several sites solely for testing.There several methods not seen here,they may be in the JnrVIP area.It is actually unfair for people to out the top level stuf because you have no idea the work that goes into finding what works.As for people outing sites just because they don't get it,idiots.No site needs a url to be posted a description of whats going on is all that's needed.

Newbies should have a 7 day no posting period so they actually read the forums instead of posting the same questions day after day after day.There is a search button along with 1000's of threads which will pretty much answer every question a newbie has.

The "top level" stuff IS NOT on BHW. There is stuff here that can make you a 4 figure/month, but beyond that I have yet to see.

People that make the big $$$ don't share their methods on BHW, this much should be absolutely obvious.

Again I love BHW, but you are seriously deluding yourself if you believe that "top level" stuff is being divulged here.

Because if you're smart enough to think of such a method, you're smart enough to keep it to yourself.

And no stuff like tiered link building, 301 redirects, private blog networks are not "top secret" stuff. You can find info on that anywhere on the net.

People are systematically spilling the beans and everytime a new technique is posted, it's a technique that no longer works.

Sharing IS caring, but only when it's done among the right people.

Maybe if you have a great technique, use it to make $$$ and then help others with the $$. If you come out and spill the beans, it destroys the technique for everyone. Be wise in how you share.

Quoted for truth. I've been saying that for years now. BHW serves a good purpose amongst other subject matters, but for money shots? Not in the slightest - at least for me and some others I know here. It's like a heart disorder. You need to go to and talk to a general practicioner who then refers you to the heart surgeon/specialist that can help you really get to the heart of the matter (pun intended). A general practicioner can only tell you so much.

This is a quite accurate comparison!

I will never ever share my money making methods on here unless it is saturated...Sorry I'm a bit selfish..it took me some real hard work to come up with these out of box idea

adding to the hoo hah...the forum like any other thing in this world can only guide...people like me coming in looking for quick buck schemes and are surprised by what awaits them...however, it really helps if you have an idea and you keep marking things off your checklist
