Why Would You Want Rotating Proxies?

If you are managing social media accounts you should not go for rotating.
Basically rotating proxies are using mostly for scrapping purpose or traffic hit etc

While creating social media accounts, rotating proxies are helpful, as for each account created a new IP is used. AFTER creating social media accounts, when you are managing (operating) the social media accounts, there is no need to use rotating proxies.

Oh thanks for explaining that. Its just someone said about using mobile proxies for TikTok accounts is better for what ever reason?
So if I was to purchase a US proxy would you recommend to go for a mobile proxy that is static?

Thanks for explaining that! That makes a lot of sense.
But when I am managing the social media accounts, would it be best to use the same type of proxy being mobile or residential to manage the account? Also, would it be best to use the same proxy IP address that I opened the social media account with to avoid getting account block/shadow banned..?

Usage of rotating proxies:-
- Scraping/ harvesting the data from search engines (mainly used in GSA SER and Scrapebox)
- To register bulk social media, email accounts (just for registration)
- To send traffic hits to websites for the purpose of inflating hit counters (mainly used by SMMpanels> Website Traffic services)

Mobile/4G is king for social media.
In a perfect world always use the same IP/fingerprints you opened it with while not using those on too many other accs.
Basically emulate what you would do with your personal account.

Popular social media platforms won't let you register from the blacklisted proxy/ip. Even if the account gets registered, it'll get instant ban or goes in to the deeper verification checks.
To manage bulk social accounts, it's better to go with residential proxies. Make sure to do your due diligence because most of the sellers do not deliver what they claim in their sales pages.

I see what your saying, so if that proxy I purchase is already been blacklisted then that means the account will get blocked straight away when I next log into it...
Thanks for letting me know this. how would you go about doing your due diligent checks to ensure you buy from the right seller?
Is it best to buy a residential proxy and just use that proxy for one account only? I ask this because, I hear TikTok is a bit crazy when it comes to registering and operating accounts and some people say mobile proxies are better for some reason?

Use mobile, it's the closest to real life. Also if you manage multiple accounts you can rotate the IP so for each account you have a new IP.
No, looks unnatural no have the same IP. Think it like this, you have your IG app and a sim with data mobile. Every time you connect to the IG inside your house you have same IP from the wifi connection (assuming you use that), but if you get outside you switch to the mobile data and you will have another IP, and every time you switch off the phone and back ON you get a new IP and the IG sees that. So, no need for same IP, and more over, it's NOT MANDATORY.

Yeah this makes total sense. Have you tested this and this is the best outcome?
Also, can IG for example, identify which is a mobile proxy and what is a residential proxy?

I take it you use an anty detect browser and install the mobile proxies on that or do you use moblie phones?

Both. Depends what you want to do
Usuall example, you can create an account from a phone (the idea that people usually do it form a phone - less chance get banned, more trust), then go to anti-detect do all other tasks there (its just esier to manipulate there)

I hear for TikTok it takes loads of data points from your phone when it comes to identifying a genuine user, do you know much or heard about that?

Yes, mobile proxies is great solution for work. If you find a provider that brings good value for you ofc
