Yes, it 's so hard. I mean it 's so hard to move the ass from the relaxing chair, replace the pajamas with clothes, dress up, go for a walk outside on a beautiful day, say hi to a few passing by girls and then return full powered home.

i dont see that's a con working from home like that.
You gotta work as a team. Maybe go out be with your team in starbucks working..etc

Those superaffiliates like finch, justin, mrgreen....they are not flinchstones mate..

It's depends how you treat it and how you manage yourself.
You definitely lose your colleagues talk ..
