I need to see comments that are coming to my website in the format January, 25 11:45 PM, but instead it shows only January, 25. I was making changes in the general settings, but they doesn't work. Can it be due to theme specifics? If so - can I implement some changes to the comments.php so it will show up? Please advice what shall I change and where.
Here's the coding of comments.php
