First are you from the US? Most networks only take US pubs, age doesn't matter at all, also be honest in your traffic dont write some bs to try and make you sound like a whale or what not, most of the times they just mark it as fraud because its too good to be true. Calling might help, but usually networks wait until your next in the list to make a call.
