I have seen my friends are using ACF plugin...

I have also checked it..

Its not easy for me...

Are you guys using this plugin?

What are you trying to use it for? It could probably be achieved without using a plugin, but it depends on your skill level.

Yes, it`s very nice if you have the needs and don`t wan`t to mess with coding. I use it and shared it here on the forum.

I am an experienced WordPress developer, and the ACF is one of the WordPress plugins.
There are variety kinds of data, and ACF let it enables to manage it in WordPress.
I think that is not difficult if you have some knowledge in data structure.

Yes I am using ACF plugin for creating directory and added the custom fields for my posts.

We still use plugins normally, how did you use them and what did you use them for? People need to know to advise where you are having problems.
