Google indexes pages that could be useful for search results. Unfortunately web profile links are not.

They can get indexed from high profile sites or if you build other links to them, but they're of little SEO value imho. Probably of more use as a means of link diversification than anything else.

Get some links and social shares for those profiles and they will get indexed.
