I don't understand one thing. For Google, web 2.0s could be blogs of people having variety of interests. They could post their stuff, could copy article from any source they like or even write a 100 words post saying anything.

Writing a 500 words of content based on the targeted keyword without any pics, quotes or snippets... seems an unnatural attempt.

What do you guys think ?

No, if you don't know how to index a duplicate content then you don't know SEO. Duplicate content blogs would not get deleted you just need to make them look good with pics, snippets, videos and link to the source of the content.
Its better to write small intro paragraph to explain the whole article.

Ok, a... you put words in my mouth. b... you are asking for opinions but obviously care about none but your own.

No where did I say that its impossible to index duplicate content nor did I say that duplicate content gets deleted. I stated that its easier to index unique and unique gets deleted less often. So.... since you obviously didn't actually comprehend what I said.... may as well end this discussion if you're just going to bash anyone that responds with legitimate points.
