why was darkerads banned? is he scam?

I posted a hire a freelancer thread about a month ago in https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/aws-account-with-credits.1770538/

I contacted darkerads a week ago or so as I needed to buy a 100k aws account but today I was going to make purchase and saw he was banned

Before I purchase from him, can someone share the reason he was banned? is he scammer?

The reason is not stated on their profile but I'll advice that you don't deal with him anymore and look for another provider on the forum.
