Why Vagex is doing this?

Friends this is not first time vagex is looting my money again and again first time i purchased 30k views and send it to my 3 videos 10k on each video but they only send near of 2k or 2.5k on each video and people say they are very good.
and their statics show they send me full 10k views on each video same story again.
i am looking for a good alternate solution which really provide views not just fake statics any help will be really appreciated thanks.
