Why use Uleadpro when you can do the samething via Facebook ad manager?

I don't get it guys.

Why use Uleadpro when you can target your audience and their interest with facebook ad manager itself?

You can't, it's that simple. Ulead gives you the ability to scrape users by Graph Search; which will be way more targetted than defining your audience through the ads manager.

Thanks for your quick answer.
I am new to using Uleadpro and I thought you could only scrape user with "people who like [INTEREST], etc"

It's actually possible to create very specific audiences using graph search, once you get the hang of it.
