Why u2bviews down? Any other alternative?

I am trying to get views on my videos, i had 20,000 points in u2bviews account. i was lazy to boost my videos due to my offline job.... now i am jobless so thinking to boost my some old videos and get some $$$ but i have found u2bviews down. i am trying to open since one month but not opening.
i also tried vegax but they have limited views per day or they are not providing comments too... i know about enhanceviews but earning points very headache there..
Please tell me another alternative of u2bviews views where can i get "Comments, Likes, Subscribers and Mostly Views on my videos"
