Why Triller May Be The Next Big Thing.

Alright, if your not familiar with Triller it's basically a carbon copy of Tik Tok with a more music focus as it's owned by Warner Brothers Music I believe. The app gained traction in 2020 when then President Donald Trump talked about banning Tik Tok because of it's parent companies (ByteDance) well known connections to China. This obviously didn't eventuate in happening however, Triller received huge growth as people found a potential alternative if Tik Tok was to be banned in The USA or other countries.

This talk of banning Tik Tok has become more and more prevalent lately as people in the technology and social media world as well as politicians wuetion the influence which Tik Tok currently has, no doubt this has to do with potential Chinese connections to the app but also the immense influence Tik Tok currently has as so many people in the Western World use this app daily.

What if Tik Tok was banned, which is something which could absolutely happen, where would people go?

The answer, I Think at least lies with the nearest competitor application, Triller and the Money making potential of this is phenomenal.

Let me know what you guys Think and if I'm right or plain delusional.

Does Triller have free music like TikTok and IG Reels where you can add music into your videos? Also, if this app is more for musicians, then maybe it's not really for most of us as we can't compose/make music or sing.

What about the location thing? Does it show your videos only to people in your city/country like TikTok?

Yeah it has all the applications avaliable to you that TikTok and Instagram Reels has.

And I've got no clue about location like TikTok I Think it's probably the same

never heard of it, what country is it based in ?

I see much more potential in Kwai, which is already big in some countries (Brazil and Colombia for example) it's another Chinese TikTok style social network

I never heard of Kwai until you mentioned it, it seems good with a big South American and Asian audience.

There is already Kwai Ads, which works like TikTok Ads. And I think they monetize content creators in a similar way to TikTok, but I'm not sure, I don't have an account on this social media myself.
