2) is it indexed?
3) which niche are you in and what type of keywords are you targeting?
4) how are your site's structure and technical SEO?
5) how's your content quality and optimization? And how much content do you have?
6) what type of domain are you using (expired, or fresh)? If it's expired, did you check that it's a clean?
Lots of questions before we can guesstimate...

Traffic isn't only about backlinks. You need to ensure your site is optimized for search engines beyond just backlinks - think meta tags, loading speeds, mobile optimization, and especially quality content.

Just building backlinks from the high DA websites won't bring traffic to your site. It depends on the quality of the site where you are getting links from (all high DA websites are not good), keyword usage, quality of the articles, on page optimization, site loading speed, social media performance, etc.
