I see more content above the fold. The color scheme is nicer (which might impact user's onpage behavior). Your site feels kind of like a porn site (that's actually why I use the WhiteVersion of BHW).

What kind of a generic question is that? It could all kinds of reasons, i.e. on-page SEO, link profile, domain age, etc.
Your very slight advantage is the local TLD, but in a grand scheme of things, it doesn't make much difference, at least not SEO-wise.

It is the bribery money people pay to google if interested you can pm me and ill send you their email/payment details to rank you site #1 in google today by google. I charge a 5k introduction fee though. xD jk Sorry been long day and now I am just mindlessly browsing/trolling my favorite community.
