Why this site ranks so good?

Hello!
I have a "easy" question! Why this site ranks at position 3 on google.de for the keyword "ipad":
ipadnotes.de

No content on the site, no updates and yahoo explorer shows no backlinks? Can you tell me how they do that?

Google: About 1,130 results

Search for "site[colon]ipadnotes.de".

Replace [colon] with ":".

I'm not sure if this applies as well (as the domain name seems to have been purchased about three months ago):
