Well the last part of each of those urls looks like an ETH wallet address, so I suspect they're affiliate links or similar for the CreateMyToken site that the urls redirect to.

its not Affiliate links , its seo trick and its use txt file or past many eth addressess
how i do same this on my domain?
i think it use rewrite by httaccess
i need this code to do same on my domain.

Everything from the domain itself is redirecting to the other domain,
It's a wildcard redirect to the homepage of the last part,

You're not going to get any SEO benefits from such practice,
Unless you're doing it to pass link juice to your website(s), which is not the case, neither is the best practice
