Why there is nothing in my Amazon Available Bounties ？

Been happening to me too. Sometimes the app pops up an option to give it permission to get the bounty on my behalf but that takes forever to pop up and it happens randomly while other times I just get the bounties without any issues. Not sure what's going on with it.
