First of all: I'm not after a method!
Over the past months, many threads popped up regarding threshold accounts on Google Ads. All of them stress the fact that you need to "wait a few days before adding a payment method".
I'm trying to understand the reason behind this: If you were to create a legit Google Ads account, you wouldn't necessarily wait for days before doing so. Furthermore, you could also put any kind of budget on your campaign, it wouldn't matter.
I'm saying this because I've used Adwords myself (with my personal G Account) and I didn't get banned or anything.
So why the wait?
