WHY the support of RMX ARE very slow ?

Why the support of RMX ARE very slow ? I don't need to post this but its frustrating to wait this long.. they even said to their website that they have 24/7 support but that is not true at all plus they also have the Skype username in their website but they will not reply..

Does anybody experiencing this with RMX ? I know there are some member here who hosted their website at RMX

Well, one of my sites is hosted at RMX host but I have had no necessity to contact them.
I have seen the owner of RMX host to be active on the forums so try contacting him via PM too.

I been doing that but i think he is just neglecting my request.. as I really need his help.. I even to chat him at Skype.. but he will just disappear .. what kind of support is that .. .. come on RMX support. show some love...
