Why such difference between posts? (Instagram likes)

I wonder why some posts have 200 likes and other only 5 (fourth row)

Do you think they buy fake likes or am i missing somthing?

ALl the accounts that lieks are kinda quality with real content and more followers than following.

The best way that work for me is powerlikes and views for videos.
