Why Strategy??

Doesn't matter what business you are in, there are certain rules that can be universally applied in any industry. If you are trying to make money, including running a business (small, big, it doesn't even matter, even drug dealers have to have a plan) HAVE A PLAN!! I am new to this but I believe in these 7 points. I hope it helps at least one person:

7 Reasons Why You Really Need a Strategy

- Lack of direction (strategy) will lead to wasted time and money
- You will miss the good opportunities by not having the knowledge, you must know what to focus on
- It?ll be easier for companies sharing your market and startup competitors with solid strategies to take market share from you
- You won?t know your online audience clearly enough to market to them effectively
- Your resources can be wasted as you will not be able to work in concert to produce the best results
- Important strategies and tactics will take a back seat to other business priorities
- You won?t know what to optimize or when to optimize to produce the best ROI
