It shows up right in English.

I tried downloading Firefox. It works on firebox and edge.

its not unreadable. its just catered for different regions of people i.e Myanmar

Generally, pretty urls tend to use Mod Rewrite to rewrite ugly urls as prettier ones. Mod Rewrite takes more time to process and therefore makes the webpage load slower because in addition to having to dynamically generate web pages, it has to dynamically rewrite the url.
