Why some site never use Social media?

I noticed for one site, their organic traffic is very good , daily a lot traffic
but one thing, on their site they never use social media

like Follow us at FB , etc stuffs which many sites are doing but they never

I feel kinda surprise or they have " some intention not do include ? "
this is why I puzzle

hmmm can't get it, i mean if they include social media account they will even have more traffic isn't ? easy have tons of followers since their traffic is very good per day

Nope, their niche is deal with daily lifestyle stuffs.
can range from health , finance like which banks offer better interest etc
they does have affliate links but is on amazon

literally nothing to deal with Money " those IM stuffs , how to earn money from IM etc stufs "
that is why I curious they have tons of traffics yet funny on their site don't have their own social media channel

I am still pretty positive that social media presence is an important ranking factor. That's just what I usually do; set up socials for my website and share all new posts on it, sometimes even making YouTube videos of my posts.
 
It's probably just under optimized and under-monetized. The owner found a status quo with the work he wants to put in and is happy to let it stagnate. I see it everywhere, heck I do it myself more often than I care to admit.

Then for sure they may have social media presence, but developer sucks to setup it on the website.
 
It depends on whether your audience is on social media.

And more importantly, what do you want your audience to do?

If you want them to get to know you or like and talk about you, social media can be great.

But if you want them to buy your service, you have to find a platform where you can strike while the iron is hot. That requires intent marketing—best done on search engines.

Then again, it is always said that you should conquer one traffic source first before moving on to the next. Yet another reason why many startup businesses focus on one channel, mainly SEO, at first.

Maybe they are just oblivious of it, lazy, not confident enough to do it or cheap to outsource it.

In some niches it doesn't really work either.

I think you got it , I check their site surprised . They have redesign their site and now got include social media but they haven't insert their social media links yet, perhaps currently doing their FB page , IG page perhaps

Maybe like what u say , they target on SEO first establish themselves for traffic first than come social media traffic.

For lifestyle niche, mostly social media works best for traffic and conversions.. It's rare they don't have a social presence.. I can only come up with the reason that they might not have projected that on their money site though
 
I never use social media on my sites either. Made my own conclusion a long time ago that it's just a big waste of time instead of putting the time on the organic Google traffic. Maximum I will create accounts and link to the website, but never active on them. Seriously doubt it will make any difference anyways :D Probably work well with some niches, but I like passive income instead of hunting traffic on social media.
 
Social media without follows = waste of time. So if you can't do something well, just save the time for your best work. There are many tatics for driving traffic to my website while I only have several working hours a day. I will consider to grow my fb page when having budget for advertisement.

actually yesterday I go check their site, Ironic , they redesign their site and this time got include Social media button, Guess they are currently inject their FB page , IG etc

Is not money site.

their niche vary inside from financial, to literally everything and got shopping section review yes go to afflilate links

their site just start this year April till now traffic is really amazing a lot traffic
 
if they are in multiple nichie, some time they wont concentrate on social media because they have to do lot of work equally to social media.

at first go live , I don't have any social media button.

later I add in partly due to drop ship as it can link with FB page and IG now
also due to pin interest side got 10k followers at least so I put

my fb and ig followers not much
 
For some it might seem a lot of effort. Managing social media is a different game. If done correctly, it has its benefits as well.
For me, it depends on the niche. If its fashion lifestyle niche I would definitely use social media.
But if it is related to health, like a website of doctor or hospital equipments, i would not go for social media. Rather i spend time on email marketing.
 
I never heard such thing. For me social media is the main part of gaining traffics. SEO not always works

kinda true but Now a days is kinda Standard in the sense surely every single site will have their own FB page, social media links
I think u wrong , i does see health , doc site , hospital equipments companies they do have social media
