Why some ecommerce stores get well ranked for long time while using this black hat tactic?

This might be interesting for many beginners I guess: was doing a keyword ranking check on smallseotools website and see couple of ecommerce stores (one of the stores is new) are on the top positions for particular keyword. And when checked backlinks they have (using same smallseotools website) I saw most of the backlinks coming from free blogging websites like tinyblogging.com, csublogs.com, izrablog.com and others similar platforms. Just one or a few pages on each blog with a text which is hard to read (like done automatic way) but which contains keywords and relevant words and one link to the target ecommerce store. Typically the URL of each of this blog posts is like this: 'best-certain-product0000.tinyblogging.com/The-Basic-Principles-Of-Certain-Product-000000000'.

Question to experts - how the heck they keep good ranking in google with such tactics and are on top of the websites what doing only white hat for ranking?

Google is fcked! But wait for some major updates to see where those websites rank. And you may want to explore the difficulty of the keywords they are targeting. You can use Ubersuggest to find out.

The thing is, in every attempt to fix a mess in SERPs, the big G almost always shoot itself in the foot.

It looks like the free blogs you mentioned are unpopular web 2.0s that gives d0follow backlinks. Assuming their DA/PA is not gamed into 50+ then it may tell you something about those ecom sites' ranking.

And if they are high quality web 2.0s, what you wanna do is replicate the same strategy with much better quality for your site. They may come cheaper than PBNs yet with good quality assuming their metrics don't suck as I said.

10 years into digital marketing and I'm still learning SEO. Sometimes I do feel like a newbie due to having to keep up with new knowledge and the current industry standards.

That's really weird, a few month ago we have been No 1 in .co.uk and .com Google for that keyword (just two words). While we remain in .co.uk No 1 position, we are out of first 10 positions in .com. Recent excessive decrease of new customers lead me to check our position for the main keyword and I noticed this cowboys selling low quality products and something what not solve customers problems, indeed putting people in danger, are ranking No 3 in .com Google now. So yes, will see how long they will be ranking but I've seen similar story a year ago with another crowd selling low quality products but very good in marketing and they were using a lot of free blog websites pages, one page no value text articles on them with a backlink and ranked right below my website and now they are in No 5 in Google UK.

I Think Due To Consistent Traffic Bro!

Those backlinks look to be coming from either SEO Autopilot or Money Robot tools (I can never remember which). They look like free web 2.0 sites but they're actually run specifically for the users of those tools. They do appear in a lot of backlink profiles but I don't think they have particular worth to them.
