Why social sites don't block bitly links?

When you use your website to spam social sites like Facebook and X, the.platform will ban/block your URL.
But why don't bitly and tinyurl get blocked?
I've seen lots of spam links hiding under bitly and tinyurl.

Yeah, it happens sometimes they don't always get blocked since they don't actually host the malicious content, they just redirect... but I think some slip through because they're pretty well "known sites" they'd only get flagged if they're being obvious about it

Many bloggers use short links for convenience now that one link contains all contacts and other links
