Why so many keywords like this appear in Semrush?

That keyword may well have seen some artificial inflation, or Semrush may just be overestimating search volume.
Or the 'turbro minisplit' really does have a noise issue :)
 
Can you clarify what type of keywords you're seeing in SEMrush? Are they:


  1. Irrelevant Keywords – Keywords that don't seem related to your niche or content?
  2. Low-Quality or Spammy Keywords – Keywords that seem unnatural or low-intent?
  3. Competitor Keywords – Keywords from other domains showing up unexpectedly?
  4. Random Long-Tail Keywords – Extremely specific or strange keyword phrases?

Many keywords appear in SEMrush because it tracks a vast database of search queries, including variations, long-tail phrases, and low-volume terms. Some may seem irrelevant due to broad match, user intent differences, or data aggregation from multiple sources. Use filters (volume, KD, intent) to refine your list.
