Why so many Facebook groups not allow to post or comment ?

I only see following button at group, after following, no allow to post or comment.

I tried apply for interactive, but never get approved

Some groups allow posting, but my posts pending many many days, 10 posts got 1 approved

1. I am using pages profile to apply, is this a problem ? will use personal profile will better ?
2. I use personal profile to join, how can invite people to my page once got likes ?
3. Any strategies to get approve to posting ?

Admin/mods having hard time with post approval due to increased spamming, send dm to admin / mods about the pending post for approval

Facebook have came up with admin assist feature to some how limit the spamming however, the issue is still very big.

Don't simply share page or post link, start conversation post and add link in comment

The fact that you are blocked from posting in a Facebook group may be because you violated the group's rules and were blocked by the admin. Please contact the admin of that group to be unblocked. The group admin will reply back to you as to why you were blocked from posting and unblock it with their requests. You must ensure that there is no violation again.
I think personal profile would be better

How to find the admin, I checked many posts, seems no posting by admin

The problems is many group allow ONLY follow, even cannot post comment (meas never post a word, only be a looker)

Group admins do not like you spamming specially if it is not gonna benefit them personally or business-wise.

May be admins restricted page interactions try join as profile

What type of page is that business or shows, creative content ?

Try sharing meme pics with watermark of page username, post interesting videos that already went viral promote them via ads this will bring new ppl to page

Group are best way to get new ppl to pages but don't share page or post links try something different

If you go to the "People" tab in the group, you will see the Admins and Mods. Message the Admins.

They get spammed to death though

Most of the admins don't want their groups spammed. If you were joining a group using your page, it is more likely you had some personal intentions, such as to post spammy commission links or promote your business page.

So more administrators are likely to set restrictions for pages.

Most likely, the Admin has limited comments or sometimes, Admin can even stop others from posting altogether.

I have a group that only can post, but others can comment

It seems like your profile is new for the group admin. By the way, more group admins don't like that there are more spamming posts and comments with the spamming links, which would destroy the positive development of the group.
