Why sell your fanpages?

Ok everyone I have seen a lot of people on these forums trying to sell their fanpages. Why sell your fanpages? Especially with ones that are 100K+ when you can make huge bank with cpa offers off of them. Here is an idea if you have that many fans just keep posting on your fan page 3 times a day through out the day and then offer prizes you know things like ipads and such for people to complete those cpa offers. I just set up a fanpage and have 21 likes and 21 people talking about this and I posted my blog link with the cpa offer on my page and made $120. So why sell you fanpages?

good luck.keep doing that. I have large fan pages up to 500K if you do that on big pages.in a few weeks your page will be deleted. People dont generally like cpa. eventually people will start reporting you as they get more annoyed. also remember alot of guys get frustrated and annoyed. they dont know what to do with it. so selling it seems easier.on small pages cpa is fine.on big pages its a huge NO. you dont want to do that ever.you need to find alternate ways to monetise.and there are some very good ways to do it without cpa.

Well with the method im using for my fan pages im not worried about getting my page deleted as long as you have a blog your fine. I banked over 100K last year on cpa alone with just one facebook fan page. What other ways are you referring to with monetizing?

well then thats great that it worked out for you.most people don't know what to do with it.if your smart.you can make alot more.my advice,keep your ideas to yourself.more money for you.lol

There are many reasons, the most common:

- They're crap, used up and probably going to banned if you try to push anymore offers or they're just not converting as well as other ones they have so its not worth the effort anymore.
- Quick cash, sometimes people just need some $$s in their PayPal.
- Can't monetize, some people lack the marketing ability or perhaps they're in it just to create and sell as they find it easier than trying to convert.

Really its hard to say but its best to look at it closely and feel for the reason before buying.

What is an estimation cost of a 100k fan page these days? Targeted and non-targeted.

well im trading a lot these days in fanpages and i would say, depends on how active and responsive the fanpage is you can get a 100k from $200 to 800$

dead ones even cheaper lol

I have a highly targeted page, 80k fans.
It's there doing nothing - can you tell more about what you did ?

What CPA are you using ?

Can you PM the link of your blog ?
