If you are posting a link to a legit website, then your Reddit post (comment) must provide an answer, a reply, a solution and must be valuable and relevant to the sub-reddit (section or thread) and detailed as well, not just 1 or 2 lines.
And if it is a new Reddit account, then do not just start posting any website links immediately, initially just only post valuable and relevant answers (solutions).

Most likely, it was not removed by a Reddit Admin but rather by a specific Subreddit moderator. Using the ModMail feature, you can contact them about the removal.
If it was automatically removed, it was most likely classified as Spam, such as AliExpress links on most of Reddit.

Probably if your post goes against reddit rule then they have powers to remove.

The most common reason for the removal of posts is 1) account too new or not warmed up enough for that subreddit 2) flagged domain/url in the post.

Your posts appear to be being deleted because your account doesn't appear to match the subreddits' age/karma standards. As a defence against spam, several subreddits impose minimum karma or account age limits. Not all of these needs are the same.
Although they are not required to, you are allowed to mail the moderators of the subreddit you are attempting to post in and request that they accept your material. Alternately, you can get some experience in groups that don't have this restriction, which will ultimately allow you to post in other places. Hope that was useful.
