Why Reddit deletes my comment instantly?

I joined a group and commented something, I used another web browser to check the comment but it's showing deleted, why?
Does it mean the account is shadow banned?

Probably deleted by AutoMod, not actual reddit mods, you need to warm up your accounts before posting in niche subreddits.
 
Without knowledge what you have posted it is diffucult to answer to the post.
 
Modbot. Instantly flags the comment if you're using a blacklisted VPN
 
reasons of comment being ghosted ranked based on most likely to the least likely:
1. your karma is too little
2. your account is too new
3. you are blacklisted by r/botdefense
4. your account is banned
5. a human mod has deleted your comment
