why proxy company use google dns? why they can not use dns from the ip provider?

Using Google's Public DNS provides increased security. In addition to monitoring their servers for bad actors, Google Public Resolvers fully support DNSSEC which allows them to guarantee the responses they are offering are authentic and from authoritative sources.

i rent residential proxies, they use google dns, but when i check with ipleak, often dns not come from the country, for instance for country uk, i often get dns from belgium, why not google dns pick uk dns? does dns affect quality of proxy?

There is Lots of Reason like White level Issues, Ping Speed Issues, Security issues, Google DNS Are 50% faster Then General ISPS And Proxy Provider, Even Lots Of Proxy Company Don't Have Their OWN DNS Server.

Having DNS requests servers in multiple countries to match DNS to Proxy IP country. Try changing proxy and then keep note of first few DNS servers you get on dnsleak test page.

Here's another tool you can use to test for leaks: https://www.dnsleaktest.com/https://www.dnsleaktest.com/

But, it shouldn't really matter because most websites where you are going to use your proxies won't perform DNS tests, they will probably check only the IP location.
