Okay so I just noticed that my fresh account has been follow blocked form just following 2 users and I’m looking to purchase an aged Instagram Account. When buying 1 account, what else will I need because I see people selling proxies too and I don’t know why I would need one and what I would use it for.

Proxies are used to connect each account separately and isolate their actions in order to manage and automate more than 5 accounts from the same device (IG doesn't really like more than 5 accounts managed from the same IPs).
However, for 3 accounts you do not need proxies, you can manage them from the same PC using the same IP address.
The only risk you face is that if one of your accounts gets flagged/blocked, the others could follow (because they use the same IP address).
