I don't think that way. It's a bonus to have programming knowledge but it's not the most important or must-have thing. It's still something that you can outsource.

Because this forum only ever would be good if you wanted to discuss ideas with other Internet Marketers, but most times, I don't wanna share what I'm working on and don't need any input.
If I need a hand, stackoverflow or specific fb groups / discord servers have proven themselves to be the better option for getting quick help.
If I wanna discuss technologies, I would much rather go to a place that has a high density of skilled developers, eg. specific subreddits,... which is not the case for bhw.

Well, what even is "blackhat programming"? Most people here simply do basic web development or some botting / scraping, which are no fields exclusive to IM. There are established dev communities for that already.

Too many programming subforums, IMO. There isn't enough programming threads made to warrent differnt sub boards. Should all just be in one subforum, as a lot of time the questions are general enough anyone with any programming knowledge could answer them regardless of base language used

I kind of agree, but I think you could say that there are at least some macro programming topics that are well discussed here. Getting around browser fingerprinting, the programming involved with creating PVAs, how to write an API used for controlling a personal 4G proxy network. Any web automation where you're trying to hide your identity or hide that you're not human takes some special knowledge that I would consider "black hat". I dunno.
