Why Pinging with program is quicker than manual ?

Well, just make a test sbmit in RSS with RSS Submit and try others links with ping*omatic.

The result is RSS Submit quicker give me visits real clics quicker
do not know if it's bots or real people ? so why please auto system is quicker?
