Why Phone Validation error on Massplanner for Instagram?

Hi,

I have some instagram accounts on my massplanner.
For only one account I'm getting phone validation error, but when I try to browse it I can easily login and browse the account without any issue. I can not verify it through Massplanner.

How to solve this?

What do you see when you try login via browser? --->> Sorry the link is broken bla bla ....?

Login with your phone or bluestacks and goto edit profile and click on the phone number and click on the tick button at the top right. you will be sent a verification code

No there is no error at all when I try to open via browser. I can browse all profile easily, can login and logout without any phone validation error.

you cant login using MP embeded browser? sorry cant understand

No verification message is sent. I already added mobile number there before. Not receiving any message.

I can login using MP embedded browser, I can also login using Bluestack or from my mobile.
But still in the Massplanner, this account is displaying "Phone Validation" error. When I press browse button to do the phone validation, there is no validation page and I can easily browse through all profile. I think this is the bug in MP. It flagged this account "Phone Validation" even when it do not require.
 
And for other account it is asking me for phone validation but when I enter the phone number and press submit button, it is not taking me to next page. Submit button appears again and again. Stuck here.
 
Try validating your phone number through manual log in.

Delete that profile and make another one new
